Please guide, how to apply for a Super Visa for parents. Please provide details about the forms needed and supporting documents.
CIC website shows the link below, but it shows the only form IMM 5257
Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada [IMM5257]
Is this single form is enough or we fill the complete application package for "TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA"
Please solve this confusion.

can u tell me what u will do for your 2nd pcs of luggage.will u pay for it or u have just one pcs from karachi to regina.If u have 2 pcs can u tell me how much they charge of 1 pcs from toronto to regina.I will really appreciate it if u do so.Kindly give me the travel agency address so i can also buy my family tickets from there,cuz my travel agent is charging 92000/=per passenger from karachi to regina by turkish airline then Air canada.

charges on 2nd piece of baggage from toronto to regina is CAD $20..but if u taking connecting flight then u should be able to bring all of ur baggage. |

Thank you very much for your prompt reply Shan. I hope that i get the medical request soon as you say.
I want to know has this happened to others application status as well that they write in the Ecas status that "APPLICATION RECIEVED IN JAN 2011" AND THEN THEY WRITE " WE STARTED PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION IN SEP 2011"
Doesnt this sound strange!
Secondly regarding sending the london office any email inquiry.. it is mentioned on the website that office would not answer any questions if the total processing time has not lapsed which in the present case is 15 months and if i calculate from jan 2011 it jast 11 months passed!
so dont u think its worthless sending them an inquiry?

Dear friend, The travel Agent Name is Mr. Noman and his agency name is Hadi Travel. I don't have many luggage to take with me. If I need then I'll pay $ 20/- per extra bag from Toronto to Regina. There is only one stop at Istambol (Turkey) for 5 hours. Rehmanpk |

Can any1 tell me that after becoming permanent resident thru the provincial nominee scheme can a person stay in a different province to complete the 3 yrs for becoming a Canadian citizen? Or do v have to live in the specific province which nominated us.

It is must for the provincial nominees to stay in the province for 3 years from where they r nominated. So provincial nominees can travel to other provinces for visit but cant stay there permanently. |
