Yes,u dont have to contact chc unles you changed ur address and they updated it wrong...u havw been geting all correspondence so they have correct adres on file |

I dont know abt middle east but i know in general Medical is valid for 1 year and pcc for 6 months... If you need link you should search cic website u might find something there |

Im inserting an image which is an actual medical request received by an Indian applicant. At point 5, it is clearly stated that medical is valid for 12 months.  This is a closer up of point 5 so that you can easily read it.  As far as police certificate is concerned, than if you are applying to CIO, Nova Scotia then a Police certificate should not more then 3 months old.
