Dear Hero Member SABII;

              18 MONTHS IS NOT MAXIMUM TIME TO PROCESS FILE  AFTER TRANSFER TO LONDON

     CIC exact wording is quoted below which is self explanatory

QUOTE

       The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2011. Processing times are subject to change.

UNQUOTE

Didn't you read the note under Processing time ,It clearly says based on a complete application package ,so it all depends on Case to Case but if everything goes perfect ,PNP will get PR within 18 months .Sabii didn't mention any thing wrong or self explanatory.Well done by her.

Its totally depend on your case and luck 18months  mentioned on CIC web site for LONDON VISA OFFICE but if your case going smoothly with out any complications it takes less time  just as like happened in my case ,my whole process completed with in 10 months after submitted completion of documents

Did they ask you to show the funds in PA account?
If they did ,what was your reply?
If you didn't supply them the account statements in PA's name (if required) ,you might be refused.
If this rejection is from SINP Rgina Office ,you have to write a reconsideration letter and /or have to reapply .
