that is for FSW... may be they ask for Provincial Nominee later but it is not part of check list for submission. |

It is right that English language profficiency documents are not including in the list of documents required for Provincial Nominee Applicant, but they may ask in some in later stage of processing, atleast in my case they have asked.

Basically IELTS were the requirement of AINP (Family Stream) when we applied for provincial Nimination, (As I remember, their required band score was 4.5 or 4) . In later stage CHC Islamabd also asked for the original educational documents, which we sent along with original IELTS Score Sheet.
After Nomination I submitted my complete Application & Document to CHC Islamabd in May 2009,
Rrecently on query CHC Islamabad informed that they have transfered case to VIsa Office London, untill now I donot know what is happening their.

MAY 2009!? what about your medical exam? and what additional documents they need. I thought it took 10 to 12 months but it seems it take more than one year..... |

I thought the same as you are thinking now.
I did not received any Medical instruction so far and as i said earliar that when CHC Islamabad asked for additional documents (after submiting full application) I had to send all my Original documents in the month of Feb 2010.
Now you can assume the efficiency of CHC Islamabad.

Today I got AOR from CIC London. I applied to them on 26h April as Provincial Nominee.
they asked me to submit
* Medical
* ROPR Fee
* Proof of relationship
* Explanation of How I am planning to economically establish in Canada.
* Proof of Fund
* Source of how the funds are obtained with documented proof.
they also returned the original nikah nama and birth certificates.
Not sure how one can show the source of fund. I being a salaries employee can show the funds through statement. But how can I link my salary to the saving certificates/Fixed Deposit etc.
