hello everyone. some our friends here sent their applications in nov. 2009 but got back papers due to some mistakes and were advised to resend.
Those friends who have resent their applications after corrections. plz let me know "how much time it will take now? same more then two months or less?"

First I sent CIO received on November 27, 2009
I resent on February 09 2010, I had mistake of visa office first.
What about you why you have been refused before?

Hi Gujjar,
My resend requested LMO, I attached the document and resend letter as requested in return of Post.
It arrived mid Janurary and I recived response Feb 15th.
I was amazed at how quick it was - However it was another resend letter.
I can'nt say if including the resend documents did speed up the process but when asked I would reccomend you do so.
When I apply for third time lucky I will.

@ Gujjar When you re-submit your application and did you attached the letter and appendices which they send with your application. |

I was refused bcz of writing wrong visa office. my consultant wrote "CIC-Pakistan" they sent back with note that "INVALID visa center".
Now according to my consultant , he has sent back case with resend letter etc. I dont know he has sent or just planning. but he said why i stop ur case?. here he is right...lol
How can i check it? only from DD if encashed.?

If he sent by courier ask him to give you tracking number & check the receiving at CIO. By that you can confirm when the docs received there. But most of these consultants use ordinary mail to save money. there is no tracking for it. I used Gerrys fedex and it delivered in 4 days. Anyway best of Luck. |

Did u resend ur application and receive AOR.kindly share your time line and also tell did u send the letter and appendices with app.
I also sent second time and waiting for AOR. Actually i want to Know that 2nd time with letter and appendices to CIO sydney did you receive AOR earlier than required time 60-70 days.

eemmoo...u r right. this thread is getting slower. perhaps majority of it has got AOR so perhaps they r no more interested in it or might be busy with collecting documents.
we who r in list of "Resend" will be here till landing in canada....lol

sorry 4 delay, I have not send it second time... its first time... and i got AOr from sydney which had docs request and i have 2 submit these in 120 days to CHC.. I think its okayyy. my timelines are inthe signature. regards, gauri |
