in additional family information form we should write detail about spouse ,common law partner and children of applicant and spouse .
but what about brothers ,sisters and parents ?should we mention this on additional family info form?

Hi Doglover,
I have courier track which shows that the file was received by LEO BURNS at CIO, Sydney on 9 November. My payment option is by credit card which is yet to be charged. I am here in Toronto, Canada. CIC call centre has been of no help. The other day I was put on hold for 3 hours, finally I had to give up. Don't know how to contact CIO, Sydney.

Yes I had re-applied on 20 nov 09, received by sydney on 27th nov and have got file num on 29th Jan, now collecting all documents and probably I will send complete documents on 20th Feb 2010, to New Delhi visa post.
I will be posting updates.

Hello Evebody, As you know that last week my application has been rejected due to job title. In the application i mentioned "Junior System Manager and Senior System Manager. However my job duties focused on NOC 0213. Then I contaced with my previous employer ask them to give me job exp certificate in this title "Computer System Manager (Junior/Senior)" Now i want to know can i apply again through NOC 0213. NS mention in their e-mail that they will refund my appl proc money within 7 weeks. do you think that they will keep my record. Please give me your suggestion on this regurds. |

For your's attention here i attached one paragraph from the rejection e-mail. please give me suggestion. "You have indicated that you have work experience in occupations with the following NOC code: 0213- Senior Systems Manager, Junior Systems Manager. These occupations are not included on the list of eligible occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008 .
For the reasons outlined above, your application does not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing" Main duties Senior Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget. Monitoring and training new ICT support stuff. Keep up to date with the latest technology. Junior Position Installing new system. Ensuring software licensing. Providing users with appropriate support and advice and secure access to the network for user. Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack.
