Hi,
I got my application returned back today due to some blank columns. They have highlighted the blank columns and it is only one. Also I have given wrong visa office. I had given sydney by mistake. Anyone has experience with resubmitting applications? I have few questions.
1. I have mistakes only on IMM 0008 form. Can I re-submit the same returned form again by just correcting the highlighted portions alone or Do I have to fill in complete new form?
2. I have signed my background declaration form with Nov date and there are no changes in them do I need to change the date on them?
Please help me at the earliest so that I can re-submit the form as soon as possible

Hi Sashi
I too had the same problem. They returned my application, as I had not filled in few boxes. I just took a reprint only of those pages (that was marked) and have resent it today. Hoping for the best!!!!!...

Didn't you save a soft copy of the filled forms? If you haven't saved a copy then it i think you should fill in all the forms with new dates because in many columns we don't have the option to write "till to date" and we fill in the date on which we are submitting the forms, so in your case it will be like 3 months old, so in my personal opinion you should refill the forms , and you MUST SAVE a soft copy this time, because you will hve to submit these forms again to CHC islambad when you get AOR from cannada |
