Any November 2009 Applicants? FSW- Time Line

mine wasnt in 38 occupations list.........but since i had more than 3 yrs experience and hav funds and a relative there i thot i'll give it a try but i guess u hav to hav job offer or be in 38 occupations list to get thru...strictly...

so i'll try to get a job offer anf try again..

Hi,
MY name is Sashi I am new to this thread. Here are my information. I sent my application by UPS on Nov 9th and it was received in Sydney office by Nov 12th. Has anyone in this time line got any response from CIC. I have few questions too if any one could help me with it it will be great

1. How will the response from CIC be by email or by physical mail. The reason I am asking this question is because I am worried that my mail might have been returned as I was out from my home for one month and as my mail box was full it might have been returned back.
2. Is there any way I can check the status apart from this. My CC is not debited yet. How do I know whether they have returned my application or not?

** If you provided e-mail then repose of approval/rejection by e-mail otherwise regular mail .If you made some error in forms like not writing  N/A in black spaces then request to resend by mail.

2. Is there any way I can check the status apart from this. My CC is not debited yet. How do I know whether they have returned my application or not?

**you donot have any file number so you cannot check the status of your application

if you have relatives down there in Alberta or Manitoba then you can apply for PNP. check if you are eligible or not.processing times in these PNPs is very less.

thnks naavy for suggestions but dont hav realtives there...my relative will try to find a way to help me...they said so..so will hope for best.......and pray and keep on improving myself ...God Willing some way will come out if thts whts best for me...

  I got my application returned back from NS.  Reason that I left a blank information in the form.  I am so demotivated and depressed....waited for 2 months. 

Queries:

1.  What is the procedure for resubmittal??  The letter from NS states that I have to include the same letter.  So does it mean that I will be entertained as a new applicant or will be considered on the basis of old time line??  "I dont want to wait for another 2 tiring months
2.  In my resubmittal, what about the doucment which requires original signtature and date?? Do I have to make a fresh one??

Please help.

Don't get depressed. I got my 1st application returned too, mistakes happen sometimes. I submitted on Nov and now got my AOR and have already submitted my full app to Buffalo. Just read everything a couple of times and re-submitting an error free application.

1. There is not record from your previous application so it will start as a fresh application.
2. Submit your application as it the first time with an updated date.
