Any November 2009 Applicants? FSW- Time Line

WE need more ppl to join this thread.........surely there cant be so few ppl applying in NOV and whose applications reached CIO NS in NOV..

i wonder if there r others whose reached same as my date...Nov 10...here its just me and jakram...

Hi Guys
I would like to ask about application forms.
I have to send a copy of application forms again to Local Visa Office after I got my AOR with original sign and dated + all supported documents.
My question is about the date in application forms .. Am I put the same date that I have wrote in application forms in Sydney ,NS or I have put the new date after I got my AOR ?

My anxiety level is rising in the absence of AOR. My application was received at CIO, NS on 9 Nov. Credit card is yet to be charged. Can afford to wait as I am registered for IELTS exam on 20 Feb and will be be able to file my documents in the first/second week of March after IELTS score is declared.

just look at my condition i have minor mistake in my application i.e time gap in personal history ..most of the seniors have already told me that my application is most likely coming back.I can see another 2-3 months painful wait.

I have already notified them that i have left the gap and i was unemployed during this period.50-50 chances of getting AOR .I have spoken to two immigration lawyers and one was like they will return whole package and the other one replied that there are chances that they will consider your letter.So its all about destiny now

There are many Program Assistants in CIO, NS who are given applications for preliminary review. If they are satisfied they provide AORs. In case of doubt/ambiguity, such as yours, they handover the file to their supervisor, who, depending on his/her worload takes 2-4 weeks to make a decision, resulting in delay.

Have patience. It may turn up in your favour.

There are many Program Assistants in CIO, NS who are given applications for preliminary review. If they are satisfied they provide AORs. In case of doubt/ambiguity, such as yours, they handover the file to their supervisor, who, depending on his/her worload takes 2-4 weeks to make a decision, resulting in delay.

Have patience. It may turn up in your favour.
