Any November 2009 Applicants? FSW- Time Line

Hello everyone here. I sent my application on 14th Nov. 2009 under noc 0632 , and received in CIO NS on 20th Nov. 2009. still no reply.
IS THERE ANYONE WHO APPLIED BEFORE 15TH NOV 2009 AND GOT AOR?
Plz also add me in the list of applicants.

QUESTION:

I have my engineering transcripts but they are not sealed in an envelope by the college. They are open with stamps and sign on each page of the transcript.

Is it okay to submit like that? ? ?

The other option is to send someone to bombay from my house(delhi) and get it sealed in envelope which is least preferable.

What should i do?
submit it like this, open notarized copy?
OR
get the attested copy sealed in envelope  ?

Its preferred to seal the envelope. Otherwise, there is a risk factor involved. It doesn't mean yours will be rejected but, there is no guarantee. Decision is yours.

To those who got AOR - How long did it take from the time you credit card was charged until you actually got an AOR email? Please help and good luck to you all!

Talking about Credit Cards, those who paid by credit card, did any of you fill in the 'Authorization Number' that is marked 'For Official Use'? I think one of the applicant claims that his application got rejected because, he did not fill in that field. I didn't fill that either (because, its marked 'For Office Use'). Please respond with your input on what you did.

I left it blank because it was for "Office Use Only" and my Credit Card was charged this Friday, but no AOR yet-  hopefully Monday.

Thanks for the update Forexer. I was also concerned as I have left authorization code blank ( it is marked for official use only). I have seen in Oct forum one of the members have mentioned that he was denied the AOR because of Auth code

Request for all NOV 2009 applicants who paid by credit card. Did you guys mention anything in authorization code. This field is marked for official use. Can you guys please mention if you filled in this filed or not and what was the out come.

I also used credit card to pay. I did not fill in anything in the Official Use Part. I can't check whether they have charged my credit card or not as I do not use online service.
However, I still got no AOR yet.
