Hi,
I recieved a letter for resend . The status i recieved was that i did not indicate the visa office requested for the process of my application. Please note : Sydney NS CIO - is not a valid selection. Can any one help me what should i specify under :Visa Office requested for the process of your application . I mentioned it as " United states of America" but they rejected.
Please advice..
Sydney NS is the main CIO where you will send your initial application.. here's the link for the canadian visa offices near you & you said you are in USA rt now maybe Buffalo visa ofc... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions.asp hope it helps... |

Can any one know how long it is going to take for processing if we resend the application. Is it going to be the same time frames or might decrease as a resend .. Please let me know so that i can send the documents immediately.

Can you please suggest me what can i do in the following situation.
1. Attended for Medical on Nov 4.
2. Sent the RPRF, Passport and Proof of Funds on 26 Nov.
Upto now I didn't get any updates from cic delhi. Almost seven weeks i sent. Is there any negative impact.

reachnaidu, I can understand your pain. Unfortunately, there is no shorter route here. If CIO still holds your application and had only asked for a specific document, things will pickup from where it got broken. But, if CIO requested you to resend the application, then, your application will be put through the entire 70 days again. Don't lose hope. Everything's happening for a reason. Cheer-up. |

yvdr, nothing to worry. All we need is more patience and relaxation. 7 weeks is nothing considering the 2 weeks break due to holidays when compares to applicants that are waiting for few months after the medical. I am pretty sure ND visa office is doing lot better compared to Bufallo. Thank you. |

hi everyone...
My problem is same like one of the members Ripon243.i gave my IELTS on 10the January'09. and i sent my application to CIO on 2nd november'09 along wid attested photocopy of result(b'coz it ws mentioned dat dont send original result to CIO)..i am still waiting for my AOR.can anyone tell me if i need to take d test again..b'coz its clearly mentioned on the website dat the IELTS results should not be more than 1 year old..and it is now nearly more than 1 year from the time i took d test..i'm really confused..
PLEASE ADVISE IF SOMEONE KNWS.............
