hi,

i had applied fsw1 noc 0213 in 30 aug, 2009.  but still i am waiting for medical request.  Recently couple of days ago i made general enquiry in which they said my application is in queue for processing.  In case is showing "In process".  What should i do?  Shall i go for case specific enquiry or CAIPS NOTES?  which one I should go first?  Mine is buffalo, ny to new york visa office transferred.

You better order your CAIPS to know what is going on with your file.

My application lodged in Nov 2009- fast tract ( NOC list 38). In process since Nov 2010 ( 1 year). Until now: Apr 2011- Not yet medical request- Singapore visa office

It appears that fast track program doesn't work well . CIC can not  do what they have promised ( from 6-12 months) to finalize !!!!

Yes, it is true most of us are waiting and in same situation. Nothin to do at this time. All is to wait. Please post any update, if any.

i am in the same boat June 18 2010 in process until now no medical yet, dont know what is going on. O God Bless Us and give hope to everybody..

i read on some forums that applications before july 2011 will be delayed.... any one has concrete news about that? or if it is true?
