Any November 2009 Applicants? FSW- Time Line

My inquiry still stands......
I need help of seniors.I applied in November 09, they sent back my application bcz of "invalid visa office" so resent last week as my consultant saying. I am not sure when did he send, whether he has sent it or not yet. I want to check it by DD encashed date.
1- I want to know how can i check that my DD has been encashed?
2- If a DD is encashed, how much time it takes to send AOR?
3- My DD was issued from United Bank Gujranwala and I am in Lahore, should I go to that branch to check
    its encashment date or can check from any branch in Lahore?

DD is encashed just a few days before you get AOR. So your DD will be encashed after about 70 days. You can call that bank to inquire about DD encashment. Hope that helps

I am not enforcing any thing to any one.

I am just here to help the friends and Canadian aspirants. I always try to share the info I know.

Kindly check the instructions from one of Canadian Visa Office( link below). Here it is clearly indicated that Bank statement(s) should be atleast 6 month old

It is not necessary that they give each and every thing on the document check list, many of the things are understood. Rest depend upon us what v want to follow and what not. Ultimate discretionary power is with Visa Officer.  

Moreover 1 day old statement (mean recent one) will create a doubt that u have borrowed money from here and there just to meet the requirement on the day of submission. U know doubts may prove fatal for visa application. Isn't it!!!!

Above all I never write anything here without proof. because by reading mails here I came to know that people manipulate the facts as per there ease. Remember CHC want evidence of saving account, saving means savings, which u regularly save.

My response (that bank statement even 1 day old are fine) was specific to CHC Islamabad. And was based on personal experience of a few relatives.

Hi ALL

My dear friends u all r right.Let me explain.

When u give only 1 day old funds,then no need to give bank statement,just give BALANCE CERTIFICATE ,which will only show amount held and not the duration,Hence safe.

 @ Doglover,  as u r always rite.HERE also u r exact, I mean at least 3 months old statement has great impression that a person is having old funds.

Hello Cutemomma,

Only in-Canada applicants can check e-CAS for for their applications submitted to CIO, Sydney, NS, using their client ID number.

Has CIO entered all info and english proficiency in their database and send the same one to local CHC???IS this served as lock in date???

If IELTS is valid at the time of CIO and if it is invalid when we will SEND full docs to CHC;,,,,,WHAT WILL HAPPEN,,,,,old ielts wll work or not??

Its been 1 month and my online status still shows CIO eligibility review complete.
When should i expect it to change?

And i have heard that buffalo is transferring files to other satellite offices these days.
So when can i expect the medicals roughly?

No! Only some of them must be so. For example the copy of passports need not to be notarized.

I have a question on similar line:

For CHC-Buffalo USA, Is it a mandatory requirement to send transcripts which have to be original in a sealed envelope and either signed or stamped by the school on the envelop flap??

I was in the impression that notaries copies of mark-sheet should be okay to send CHC-Buffalo.
