Hi guys, it's sad that any negative threads or comments on Canada are deleted without notice in this forum. It seems there are many trolls here working for CIC. Please don't listen to some of the senior members and their minions but to a few honest people who come here occasionally and tell the real painful stories. Often the truth is hard to swallow. I'm sure this thread will be also deleted! I have seen many people telling the truth disappear from this forum without any trace. They probably have been banned for telling the truth. I might be next, guys!

Hi!
Its that when people report some post to moderator he checks and then decides to delete it or not. You should know that if many people report to delete some specific post it will always be deleted. There is no favouritism here and no discrimination.

yes u r correct ,my post was deleted before as my brother( indian) reported with his 3 ids . |

Why was he banned?
U dint get me mate, he wasnt banned but he reported against me using his 3 ids as a result i got warning . the reason was ..' barking dog seldom bites' i used to tell my brother but he never listened to anybody including me. |

I don't understand why Qorax and other senior members like explorer101 attack or discredit anyone who wants to share their painful stories that often don't put a positive spin on immigrant life. Why?

I think if the negative comments were more constructive they might not be deleted. This forum is for people wanting to move to Canada, so maybe if they negatives were worded in a way that could help others they may stay on here. Just saying what is wrong with Canada doesn't help anyone. For example, instead of 'milk is expensive' it is more helpful to tell people where the best deals are. We got very reasonable car insurance by shopping around so telling people where to shop and get value for money is more productive than just saying it is too expensive. I understand that not everyone is going to find what they are looking for in Canada, but we should try to help people instead of just stating negatives. Just a thought......  |

I'm already in Canada so neither opinion affects me, I'm just suggesting a reason for why posts might be deleted.
People should absolutely be told that things might be tough for them so they come over with reasonable expectations but maybe the info should offer ways to solve the issues, not just the issues themselves.
