I have completed my M.Sc. from university of Saskatchewan a few days ago and also going to start my Ph.D. at the same university. I am planning to apply for PR under the SINP for Masters graduate stream. I am single now and will be married within six months. If I apply for the PR now and later (lets say after six months)  my wife apply for the visitor visa (from my home country to canada), is there any chance that she will be rejected because I have already applied for PR?. Any suggestion would be highly appreciate. Thanks.

Why not get married first then list her as your dependant?

Especially marriage is within six months, then I don't see how a six months difference would make a ton of difference - assuming that you have your valid permit to stay in Canada right now and no other extenuating circumstance which may otherwise prohibit you from waiting.
