is there any difference between talking directly to the immigration officer...(NOT TRAnsferring to any agents) beacause i read a post here that if you doing thAT the papers will reach 36 mos.is it true?because most of the time i speak to the immigration officer without telling him not to records our conversations.....any idea pls regarding this matter?thanks  a lot...

BY  PHONE....BY PRESSING THE NUMBERS....BUT WITHOUT TRANSFERRING TO AN AGENT....
