I have found below information on Canada Visa.com ,is it possible that the sub-category below listed are also eligiblle under the new immigration Law:
0213 Computer and Information Systems Managers
Computer and information systems managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of organizations that analyze, design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems. They are employed throughout the public and private sectors.

Applicants with experience in the following occupations may also be considered under this NOC depending on the specifics of the main duties performed:
Computer and information systems supervisors (in 217 Computer and Information Systems Professionals)

Computer services company presidents (in 0013 Senior Managers - Financial, Communications and Other Business Services)

They may be considered. But probability is very less. I heard CIC is very strict about the 38 occupations. If your occupation does not fall in that list, you may better not apply. Again the job title is not that important.. you need to match your duties to find out your NOC.
