I am writing to ask help, i have arrived to canada in 2008 made refugee claim and it did not work out currently I am being sponsored but i am afraid it won't be approved so i am looking for any advice any hellp i'm working as a truck driver maybe that can hellp ?

what type of help...use this time to collect evidence of a genuine relationship they may ask that u go to an interview or it may get denied as they may feel u will do anything to stay in canada so use this time to strengthen ur relationship so they know u married for love n not papers save ALL communication with the person sponsorinng u go on trips do family stuff make sure u get A LOT OF EVIDENCE u will need it

well just ask questions as much as u can on this forum there are a lot of helpful members here plz remember the burden of proof is on u n ur wife to prove that this a genuine marriage and not one that was brought on by a failed refugee claim as there have been people that have been refused when an IO have doubts which brings me back to collect lots of evidence in terms of you interacting with her family n friends n vice versa if it applies basically in ur case there will never be too much eveidence as u have to work extra hard to prove that u didnt get married because they denied u a refugee claim

since ur app is inland u r good as canada allows same sex marriage some countries u may have a harder time but not canada so nope gather ur evidence...are both parents aware of the relationship n do the support it would look favourable if u have support not needed but a better look not sure how ukraine is but i know jamaica where i am from is very intolerant n my parents wouldnt...do u qualify as common law as in live together for a year mingle finances etc

his parents ar dead , my ar back home but i think they would support as if i ask them to , we lived together for 1 ear before we applyed so i
think we qualify as common law but we have not much evidence so I am worrie to much

well send what u have and once u get a file number send the rest...do u know where outland application would get sent? trying cic website its down... y did u choose inland outland normally get processed quicker overall but u may be called to go home for an interview

First of, a refugee claim most likely fails if you are from Europe, even Ukraine. I`m from Hungary and I wish people would understand that it is a waste of time and money. Anyway, it is past.
As for a same sex common-law couple you will get no different treatment than heterosexual coupes. Canada does recognize gay marriage and common-law union, so that is not a problem. As the previous post indicated it is your task to prove your relationship. If you apply as common-law partners you have to show evidence that you lived together for at least a year: so tenancy agreement or lease, bills under both of your names. Furthermore you need to show evidence that you are living in a committed, marriage like relationship. Joint back account, savings, ownership of property, vehicle, wills and life insurances naming each other as beneficiary, money transfers can serve as proof. Also pictures, descreption from both of you explaining how your relationship developed. You may send affidavits from family members, friends stating that they know about your relationship, when how it started ect.
As a failed refugee claimant you won`t have an easy ride, you have to convince CIC that you did not enter into the relationship to gain status and as last resort to stay in the country. If it started at the same time as your claim failed I doubt that your sponsorship application will be approved unless there is a lot of supporting evidence.
You can always send additional proof up until 1st stage approval, so you might have to think what kind of evidence you have and send more.

I forgot to ask, did you apply inland or outland though your embassy? If inland and your application is refused, you have no right to appeal. In this case you for sure have to leave the country and reapply outland.

The fact that you are a trucker in itself is no help. CIC investigates compatibility of the couple: like educational level, background and upbringing, spoken languages, age- these are factors they consider.
