Hi all,

My status is still in RBVO. Following are the details in E-CAS status. I have exceeded normal processing times also. I have also requested for an update on my case three weeks ago but no reply from CHC ND. I have send full documents to ND on June 16th, 2010. No medicals yet or any other news. What should I do? Please clarify.
My NOC is 9212.

We received your application for permanent residence on February 16, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on March 30, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Sorry all for my late reply. Yes, I recieved my 2nd AOR in last week of June 2010. But no news after that. I already have send the Immigration fee (2nd time) with my documentation when I full dcouments on June 16th 2010. I am worried what happens to the DD I have taken. Will it be still valid? I am thinking that my case exceeded normal processing times, and so according to them I need to call the CHC ND and check out with them.

Do you guys advise? What is the procedure? If any one called them, please let me know your suggestions. What number to call?

Thanks and all the best to all.
