i wish to apply from london or new delhi are there any changes in the forms for visa office.also can someone send me the link for obtaining London and new delhi visa office forms.

those are the latest instruction forms, the old ones contain the SKILLED WORKER label but these aren't!! I'm not sure, quarry through the London VO thread. I'm there's an explanation.
