There is REMOVE button on the right side of the post when you open the topic.

There is REMOVE button on the right side of the post when you open the topic.

after sometime you can't remove this way

That is usually for a specific post, it may not allow (or be designed for) removal of the thread if others have already replied.

Right. If the topic is fresh & nobody has replied yet then it can be removed, otherwise as you advised report to administrator.
