I too am from Kuwait, did my landing more than a year back, returned back to Kuwait and am working here. what about you ?

Hi All,
Can someone tell me how long it takes to get landing paper or madical. I applie from Kuwait in April, 2010, sent applicatipn for FSW class to CIO Nova Scotia in Canada. Got reply in June and sent documents to London Visa office in September. Still waiting for response. It more than 3 months and still i didn't get any response from London office. any idea when should I expect the reponse?

Everybody, (My story with *****)
I applied from Kuwait on Feb.2010, but unfortunately my consultant was very weak.
I applied my case through *****. In the beginning, I thought that I did the right thing, but after sometimes and exactly after I paid the office fees in advance, I knew that they are very weak, new in the field, don't have the answers, no knowledge about the immigration rules, and at the end, all that caused me, my 4 months finished without sending my documents.
During 4 months no body called me to follow my case with me, and on the day that my 4 months of file number period finished, they called me that your file closed and you loosed what you paid to us.
No file, no case, no immigration and also no money back, this is the story of *****.
