I am no expert, but I thought you only provided PCC for a country in which you lived for a minimum of 6 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS.  Were all your cruise ports in the US with no other countries in between?  I would appreciate knowing any details you have about the necessity to provide US PCCs when your time has been spent at sea with a maximum of a few hours or days ashore in an one country.  Cheers.
