Dear All, Just to Check the timelines from Buffalo , has anybody recieved AOR in Aug-Sep 2010  Please Share your timelines. This will make others predict there time for second AOR and not panic. Thanks in advance |

I have recently submitted my full documents to Buffalo .
Full documents reached on 2 sep 2010.
I was going thru the forum but could not find anyone who recently got AOR from buffalo, so was wondering whether Buffalo is taking break in sending AOR.
So people like us have to be patient for months i guess now.

waiting... fingers crossed  Whole application/Documents received by them on June14th... and ecase site is still reflecting the status about "CIO Review complete oand letter sent on Mar 4" |

One thing is for sure........Buffalo office is the slowest in the world!!!!!!! I was told by my consultant that under the new Fast Track System......it will be 6-8 months after you submit the documents.......but I guess it will take 10-12 months at the Buffalo office........they are really slow What do you have to say on this? |

Totally agree with you , Looking at the other Visa offices people submitting full docs in Aug-2010 have started getting AORs and in Buffalo I dont know from how the people are waiting ...
How can your consultant misguide you , ITs official on the CIC website Buffalo takes 12-15 months ...
and i guess this is going to increase atleast from the dealy in AORS shows that.

Let me explain you better. Based on their past processing times on CIC website Buffalo takes 12-15 months. My Consultant: Canadian immigration authorities are trying hard to bring Buffalo back in line with other countries' timelines. And because of recent changes the new traffic should decrease. (they are asking for all the documents to be submitted to Nova Scotia). Also system will be more efficient. (These were his words).......lol Lets see what happens......If I get it in 12 months.......I will consider myself very lucky......  Good Luck! Desi_CFA |

Submitted full application to Buffalo, received by Buffalo on 26th June. No 2nd AOR yet. Emailed Buffalo and the response was;
"Thank you for your message.
Permanent resident applications are created in our database and acknowledgement of receipt letters are sent to the applicant within 30 weeks of receipt. Any application submitted without the required documents and information will be returned to the applicant.
Regards,"
