Hello , i'm still a college student and i still have like 2~3 years till i apply so i'm looking for some advices to prepare for applying , i'm planning to apply  for quebec , i'm improving my french and my english is quite good ,So anything else i should keep in mind or improve on those 2~3 years?

Brother...I would advise keep learning french the way you are and look for the rules when you are ready for filing as rules keeps on changing and you cannot predict what eligibility criteria will be there after 2-3 years...

you can plan to do masters degree or (ph. d. if you are already enrolled in masters course) in canada.. That way you will have good exposure and better understanding of Canada. You can apply in CEC then..

Also international students who complete there education in canada get a 1 year work permit after finishing college so you can work and see how things shape for you.

Its good that you have already started doing some work towards your goal..

Well yeah i though about that i might apply for a master's degree there .. since i'm still on my bachelor's degree here..
