Hi Everyone  Got a couple of questions here and would appreciate some advice. Have been here 3yrs on Work Permit applied last Aug to Buffalo for PR  and still waiting on AOR ,sent them e-mail last week ,they have no record of my application and my Lawyer seems to have disappeared with all my paperwork, so I have no proof that it was sent..   So my questions are
1) If I re-apply for PR should I send it to Buffalo again or should I try and fast track it through London (was told it could take less than a year.
2) If I go London, do I need fingerprints from RCMP as well as my local office in Canada because we have been in Canada for 3yrs, or should I wait and see if London asks for them, I know I will have to get PCC from Uk

Would be really grateful for any advice        Thanks in advance   Sooze

First off, it is sad that your attorney has disappeared with all the paper. If you have the option of applying in either place I would suggest go for the consulate where the timespan is less.

U wud need the PCC from all the places where u have lived after 18 yrs of age. Some say you can get finger prints from local office or some finger printing agencies.
