I will be crossing at Sarnia this week to visit fiance until May 6 to allow for Easter and his birthday. My proof of ties are that I am leaving my car in the US. I have started the enrollment applications for my daughters preschool here in US. I have a contract from her therapist regarding monthly appts for her separation disorder after being kidnapped by her biological father.
I have a notarized statement from the girls father giving me permission to cross into Canada for the calendar year of 2011.  Also my son will be staying in the US to go to school during our stay.
Fiance will be with me as we are traveling in his truck. I have the girls passports to show that if I have to fly back I will.
