Hi,

Any 2011 Buffalo applicants who have had progress on there files? I'm still stuck in RBVO with my address disappearing on the 27th of January.

Would be a good idea to update on this thread if there is any progress..

I guess there has been no movement on any 2011 Buffalo files.

NOTHING!!!

My address also disappeared Jan 27 and it is still "deleted".

8 months down, 13 down to go!

25 - 8 = 13...am just going by the 25 month time frame...it's just a guess, I don't know anything...

 I applied on October 2011  and since then just AOR from CIC and acknowledge of transferring my file to BVO on January 2012 (

No news. Applied in July 2011. Heard the BFDs for MI2 and MI3 files are one year from PER which means the visa officer will open your file ONE YEAR Shocked  Cry from the day you received your PER from CIO. Can't help but believe it is true. Buffalo is definitely a wrong choice when I also had New Delhi to choose from.

I guess I had South Africa as another option as I am from there so not sure if that would have been faster!!!

So true...regret choosing Buffalo over ND...Sad - only if I had known or found this forum before applying...

Hello,

I am 2012 Feb Buffalo VO applicant. Received PER on 13 March.Waiting for my AOR.

Have any Buffalo applicants received requests for state police clearance?  I have read in some forums that Buffalo VO may request for 'State certificates' in addition to the FBI clearance.  Huh

Hi...Following is my timeline:

Application received by CIC on 8th April 2011.

Received E-mail with PER on 11th May 2011.

After that my E-case Status is RBVO. (Buffalo)

Its been almost 11 months from receiving PER. Guys any idea how long it will take to see "In Process".Huh

All 2011 Buffalo applicants are waiting patiently.  Cry

Waiting for any sign, from the other post I'm sure the next step for them will be to transfer us to other visa offices in the US.
