As my ecase changed to in process with date in 14 dec 2011 but still they did not want any update,do you think I should apply for new police certificate? Is it valid for the moment they ask for?
Or I have to apply for it just when the embassy request?

dont worry about updates.if they want from you updates they will ask before they  put you in process.so there is rare chance to get update request...

Last month ,Warsaw office asked me for updated documents including IELTS as i told you before.
Two weeks ago ,i did the IELTS exam and I got (R=6.0 ,W=6.0,L=7.0 ,S=6.0) which give me 8 points.
But upon calculating my points , i found that i still need one point to have 67 ,I didn't expect this
Should i send this IELTS results or do another one.
My problem is that the next test date (12 april 2012)
Do I have time to do that ??
Will they wait me??

Do not worry lets figure out,i think if will send the IELTS  results with your  points calculated less than 67 this is the direct way to be rejected, so i think u just need to win the time from them . Just u need a reason  by which they will agree to give u an extra time.
So i believe if i write them an explanation letter that u got sick "for example" with an improve from any hospital in your country , that may be the reason to get an extra time from them.
 this is only my point of view how u can fix the issue.

hai moonpraiser did you submitted your ielts one time when you submit you application to the visa office.i dont understand why they are asking it again.canyou pls copy their update email request here....i dont think that you have to do ielts again.only you wanted  to improve your scores you need to do that.please quote your update ruesting letter here....
