Any 2006 Skilled Category applications filed at Delhi?

I had submitted mine on 2006.  I will soon put the dates as soon as I can find them on my profile.  Meanwhile if we could keep this thread active it would be great.  In case I am not aware of a thread already in use here I appologize.  In that case please direct me to that thread.  Please remember this is the thread for only the SKILLED CATEGORY applications filed in 2006 at the Delhi office.

Oh dear.  I just looked at that and it seems that I am far far away from being called.  This is not fair at all.

I was wondering about something.  Now even if the interview for 2006 applicants is lagging behind at Delhi, as long as the people who filed on or before that year and they meet the qualifications and criteria required, they should get the PR once they are called right?  Or am I wrong?  Could they, at a later date, decide that they are going to take only a certain number of the best ones from those?  Can they do this at all?  Just wondering.
