Dear Usman - I have just sent CSI & waiting for reply....I am in shock how our case is gone to DM directly without medicals....
It would be very unfair if we are being cut down coz of NOC even though I am applicable on both NOCs (1111 & 0111).
Please let me know, in howmany days CIC has replied on CSI.
Regards Noman Aslam
they will reply in 10-15 days. Did you send CSI after getting processing date.

These days rejection pattern is:
RBO>DM>rejection letter RBVO>IP(with RBO Details)>DM>rejection letter
But this time RBO>IP(with RBVO details)>IP(With Date)>DM
This is very strange. none of the refusal applicants face this situation. this time only NOC 1111 and specially who got processing date in Feb 2012 are under attack. I wish it would be system error. May GOD help us. Please pray for us.
hi ... could it be due to any problem during verification / background checks as per their normal procedure they commence this B/G check after processing date?

I have checked from my employer no verification has been made so far. As far as backgrounds checks are concerned, backgrounds checks doesn't complete this fast. If you say educational documents verification may cause this, Education Documents is also a lengthy process. The question arises in my mind is that Me and Noman Aslam have similar documents submission dates, Processing dates and DM dates, or may be VO as well. For me it seems to be system error, because NOC 1111 is not on priority list and seems to be processing slow as compare to others due to quota. Mr. Kashif Nizami got 6-12 months wait letter on 7th May because he submitted full documents after June 2010 which is routine wise, as most of other applicants who submitted their documents after June 2010 or their respective Visa Quota has reached. Me and Noman submitted our documents in Jan/Feb 2010 and may be VO don't want to process our files at this time and can not send us 6-12 months letter because we submitted our documents in early 2010. If VO has refused our files then we must have received rejection letters as Mr. Kashif Nizami NOC (1111) got 6-12 months wait letter on 7th May. Keeping in view that NOC 1111 was temporarily on hold and they started processing on NOC 1111 in first week of May and send updates. NOC 1111 is taking long timings as Mr. Kashif got wait letter after almost 2 months of processing date, pretty long time as compare to 2 -3 weeks of other NOCs. Having DM status of Both consecutive Processing dates (14-15 Feb) applicants seems to be system glitch. may be due to data entry personnel or system error. It is my observation. I may be wrong.....

Agreed with Usman as my consultant also said that there might be a possibility that MR was issued at that time but it could be misplaced so that after 60 days CIC took decision based on that.... I dont know but these are all assumptions & story will be unfold once we get letters from CIC. Usman, I didnt send CSI before coz everything was on right track but I had no idea this could be happened where we were expecting MR.... Need comments on the possibilities. Regards Noman

In reply of inquiry on 22nd April they replied to me "Your file is in process, No further Action is required from you." It means they didn't dispatched any letter until 22nd April. so, letter misplaced question is not applicable. My concern is that this unusual thing only happened to Feb 2012 processing dates applicants. While other NOC 1111 applicants who got processing dates in March and April got their updates as per routine. Why only Feb 2012 applicants are struck? Is it because of VO, who is not processing our files?

Sir, it raises another question as well. did they inquire abt in background and found some objectionable info, hence on the basis of that they concluded DM. u r sayin dat ur employer didnt get any call, do know whether they have visited ur employer in person or not. most of the times, wen they are saying that, "No further action is required from you", specifies that they have raised a CONCERN abt ur file and they r digging info abt that. gud luck. Verification has not been done in any way, either on phone or in person. If they have raised any concern, what a co-incidence that just only two specific NOC applicants selected.

recently 11 cases for judicial review were dismissed in a few days, by 11 different judges, the funny part was they all were cheated by a single consultant, n story of all was similar. one thing i forgot to mention, they all were refused on the same ground:IELTS fake document submission. wat a co-incidence. Verification has not been done in any way, either on phone or in person. If they have raised any concern, what a co-incidence that just only two specific NOC applicants selected.

Dear All,
what happens to those applicants at later stage who sent property valuation documents to London visa office. At what stage they are asked to liquidate the funds by selling their property. how many days they give to sell it. Secondly I did only purchase document with purchase value as value. this document was attested by notarized attorney. will it suffice or should I send valuation by independent companies also. Thirdly what happens when your bank balance is less than around 20% as compared to declared balance. Do you have opportunity to fill it or a straight refusal come.
Please reply as I need this information very much.

Dear Forum members -
Please update if anyone got the similar situation (DM after 80 days of IP) as there are only 2-3 applicant which I am aware but we didnt get any letter from CIC since our DM status is showing from 8 May 2012.
Further, CSI & CAIPS are already initiated but no reply received so far.
Looking forward for your response.
Regards Noman
