Another unusual trend of LVO - Kept me waiting for so long !!

We still niether get any letter from CIC nor reply of CSI from LVO.....since its been 14 days of Decision Made but no letter is received.....

We should have received letter if its refusal (God forbid)

I am still waiting for any correspondence from them but it seems that my case is also rejected.

Very sad indeed!  Did you or Usman receive a reply from CHC london when you sent a CSI?  Mine turned into DM on April 30 and it was stated there that they have reviewed, started processing and sent me a letter on 27 April. 

Last night when I checked my email, I got a reply from London that they have sent me the letter on May 15 and to wait for the letter before contacting them.  I am worried about the content of the letter.

Very sad indeed!  Did you or Usman receive a reply from CHC london when you sent a CSI?  Mine turned into DM on April 30 and it was stated there that they have reviewed, started processing and sent me a letter on 27 April.

Oh.. very shocking indeed. ppl who got rejection on the basis of JD mismatch, got it directly without going into in process.
Very sorry Usman but this is not the end.. you will get many better opportunities in your life ahead Inshallah.

Did they mention anything about fee refund in rejection letter?? If so, maybe the E-CAS was incorrect.

I had mentioned in my query that "please let me know the current status of my case & my case is in process since 14 Feb 2012" & they have responded the response which I have shared with the forum, further Usman799 also initiated his query like mine & he got the reply that "A letter has been sent on 2 May 2012" as he got the refusal letter with the same date.

By the way I have already replied LVO today that please rectify my status on E-CAS which reflecting DM.

What I know that CSI means that they check their system & respond the current/actual status accordingly.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Dear Seniors -

Please share your views since I got the response ""Your docs have been received & placed on file. No further action is required from your end" even though my status on e-case was updated "DECISION MADE" on 8 may 2012.

DM status still there but I have responded them to rectify the status keeping their response in mind.
