My wife has received an offer to attend law school in ON, I am working in MB as atrk dvr and will be able to apply for pr in june. With my wife and daughters being in ON can I still apply for the prvencial nom with them being in ON. Also will she have a problem getting a jop as a lawyer in canada once she graduates? Being that she and my daughters are all US citizens, or will she have to come back to the us?

Your wife and daughters being in ON shouldn't affect your PNP application.  And if your wife gets her degree in Canada, she shouldn't have any problems getting a job in Canada as well - assuming your PR application goes through ok.

But if we are resideing in ON but applying for the MB provencial nom out of Winnipeg isn't that kind of a catch 22?
