I am required to send sealed transcripts of my education. All the sealed envelops sent through courriers are opened for security. An opened sealed envelope will still be considered as a valid document? Will this document be sent by the School or myself? How will my documents be connected if they are sent by 2 sources?

It's probably best that you check directly with the AINP Family Stream itself. Their email is family.steam @ gov.ab.ca - They should answer your question in 3-4 days. They are the experts on the program, they'll know the answer to such a specific question.

what I understand is

transcripts are given at Universities / Boards of Education, they come-up with Xerox copy signed by authority and kept in a sealed envelope.....
Or
They can be certified by Notary...
If you already checked with AINP. please post here , what you did.....
