ANIP change of employer while in Canada and CIC application in process

Hello All,
              I am here in AB Canada under AINP H1B stream and my application, CIC, is under process in Buffalo. If I change my employer will that affect my CIC application timeline or will it have any adverse affect on my CIC application. I appreciate all of your help and thanks in advance for responding.

if u apply with permanent job offer from canadian employer than it might be little chance otherwise NO.

                Thanks a lot for your your response. In my case I have filled my application and money order has been encashed but still I haven't received official file # confirmation. I apologies for this question again, so consideration all in mind, if there is change in employer there shouldn't be any problem, is my understanding correct?
