Hi,

I am an animator with an Indian passport but have been residing in Singapore for over 3 years now (Employment Pass). I have over 6 years of experience in animation and did a post secondary certificate animation course (that lasted about 10 months) from Centennial College Toronto (but that was back in 2003-2004).

I wanted to apply for Immigration under Skilled/professional Immigration category but I couldn't find any particular category to apply under?
Most of the categories on the CIC website are either Dentists/Nurses/Doc's or plumbers or industrial designers!

Is is possible for me to apply for the immigration still or would I be wasting my time and waiting for a rejection letter from the CIC as the requirements for a multimedia/graphic /animation developer have dropped overtime?

Thanks for the read!

right now your NOC is not in the ministerial instruction, but if you have a job offer then thats your way in.
