Pleez can somebody answer my simple query :I am an Indian on a student visa for 1 yr and my wife recently joined me on Dec 16th 2005,after she came we applied for her work permit ,which she got till Dec 1 2006
is my wife eligible to apply for P.R?(we have done the verious assessment tests and she is getting more than 67 points based on her qualifications and work exp)
another doubt is she as of now she is not having 1 yr of canadian visa(16th dec 2005 ---1 dec 2006)she's falling short just by few days>>>so my question is can she apply for P.R immediately?
Please advise...
i went through some of the postings of this forum they were really impressive,i am hoping someone will satisfy my doubts as well.
Though PMM had replied to my previous query ,but i still have doubts lingerng in my mind.

PMM KNOWS what he is talking about, so any advice he gave you would be the same from anyone who knows immigration

I'm First Nation North American Indian & immigration has always been an interest to me. I believe we do need immigrants to keep Canada strong.
