Hello All,

This is Jaffer from Saudi Arabia, I applied for SINP and got it approved as an immigration with a work offer from Saskatchewan employeer.
Now the situation is that i am not able to leave my job until 1 and half year i can get leave for 2 months as i am stuck in a project i am willing to settle down there but i made a commitment with them as my SINP got delay i thought i am not gonna get it but i did.
Now my question is that if i land there stay for 2 months or so and take me PR and come back to Saudi Arabia finish my tasks ASAP and go back will it be fine or there will be complications with that? please i really need advice and guidance from you all experience people.

I will be really grateful for this favor.

Regards

It should be ok.  If they ever ask, you tell them that you already had a contract in Saudi Arabia.
