it's very difficult for an iraqi citizen to go jordan unless you are a business man and have connections there.

i myself am actually curious to know how the processing times are for the emabssy in amman, lets hope its not so bad

what I heard from ppl who sponsored their wives, that they dont need to go to syria anymore , they can send the passport by mail and then the embassy will send it back with the visa to their main office in baghdad...so i think it will be the samething if the file will be transferred to jordan

Hello Zain,
I've been waiting since March 15, 2011 for a response!
They really process our files slowly, and don't care about all of us! If we write them, they will simply reply us with "BE PATIENT"!
I had a precious opportunity to bring my wife here in 2008, but unfortunately I didn't take advantage of it. Therefore I've been paying the cost since then!

Hey guys! I guess we are all curious about the Amman process time. Personally I think it will be fast because my husband has traveled to Jordan and had our marriage certificated stamped from the Canadian embassy in Jordan and it was done within days. So I don't know I am hoping they will process it quickly. I am actually super excited about this cause now the files are at least spread out and there isn't so many files in one place. Lets hope for the best w inshalla khair Smiley!
