 I am from the US in Winnipeg under a skilled worker permit, I was told I can do the PNP....My question is how long does it take to get my pr once I submit everything???

If approved, probably less than a year.

Is it a costly process to go through? 1yr seems like a long time, is the process a pain in the backside?
