Hello and Greeting to you all.

I am an American Citizen and my fiancee is a Canadian citizen. We are going to get married in Canada in December of 2007.  We are both students--I'll graduate in august of 2008, and he will graduate in 3 yrs from now. We don't have an income, being full-time university students. I want him to sponsor me, so I can live in Canada as a permanent resident after I graduate. However I am confused on this how LOW income thing. We have no income, and there is no way of making  $ 20,00 in the next ~12 months for either of us. Can someone give me more information about the low income thing (sorry I don't know the proper name). Is it still inforced ?

Thank you so much

You don't need to meet any income requirements for spousal sponsorship.
