if my bank account has just 2.5 lakhs (4840$) is bank statement for the same will be fine as for a family of three i'm suppose to have 17011$ Huh?

As per the guideline of CIC you need show POF for 3 family members that is 17011 CAD.

Dear drjainvishal,

I have just noticed that the cap has been reached to 433 for your NOC.

But I believe that you should apply, because there is no harm to do so...

What maximum can happen If the cap would be reached to 500....they will return your file back to you....

but if CIC would take off this category next year from list (there may a possibility of any thing)....!!!

So go for it!! Best of luck..

The government of Canada is really stupid, they bring in all these highly educated people like dentists etc..but the boards which govern this profession in Canada have no communication with the government in terms of setting up a system in order to actually allow the person to practice their profession.

DrVishal, I hope you realize how tough it is for foreign dentists to actually practice in Canada. The huge issue is that just because something is on the governments "Skilled worker" list, doesn't mean that the individual will actually be allowed to work in that profession. This is a huge misconception among immigrants, there are many highly educated immigrants working here at menial jobs and they have heart breaking stories, if perhaps they knew this reality they wouldn't leave.

If you want to immigrate, that's great, just know the reality.
