AM I GOING TO MISS MY COLLEGE??

Hello everyone!

My papers would reached the CHC New Delhi on 10th August 2009, as i have applied to one of their public colleges for a one year PG program. I dont have a graduation degree, but based on my work experience and other works i was admitted to GBC Toronto. I am 32 and have also sucessfully secured my bank loan for the course (+ entire living expenditure). I have never been abroad to any other country.

Now, my last date to report to college is 5th Spet, and am not sure whats gonna happen. But one little hope being that if my file is gone under the newly launched students partnership program.... (which claims that the visa is granted in mere 14 days), do i still have a chance to reach there before the deadline??

Also, i dont know anyone there. So going there, renting a room, attending orientation session (which would be on 29th of this month) just makes me sick!

Hope anyone can shed a light on this....
