Hi all,

My Name is Nagesh. I am an Indian, currently residing in Bangalore.

My Profile:
Education: I have a Diplomain Electronics & Communication Engg. Total of 15 years of full time Education.
Work Experience:
1. 2 Years of fulltime Experience as UNIX administrator TATA ELXSI LTD.
2. 1.5 Years of fulltime Work Experience as Server Analystis TIMKEN ENGG & Research India Pvt Ltd.
3. 1.5 Years of fulltime Work experience as Storage Specialist.

Martial Status: Married
Kids: One
My Age: 28
Spouse Age: 27
Spouse Education: Ms. Sc in Chemistry.

Friends, Could you please advice me if i can apply as FSW?? If you would require any other details, please let me know.
I need your advice and suggestions as i am a little skeptical about going ahead and applying.

Make sure you check if your experience falls under 38 NOC list

If you don't qualify under the 38 job list, then look to see if your wife's job is there.

Hi all,

I have checked but both us are not coming under 38 NOC list. We are not at Managerial level.

Can you please suggest how to go about.

if your jobs or past jobs doesn't fall in one of the 38 jobs then you should look at
Quebec immigration (need to learn french),
Get a job in Canada (and apply for FSW 2 or PNP),
Have relatives in canada who could sponsor you but this sponsorship is only for certain types of relations,
I think one province allows for two friends to sponsor another friend (but i am not 100% sure of this),
Go study in Canada and then hope to apply for FSW from there (you dont need to be in the list of 38 then).
