i am going to apply as a FSW with NOC 0213 with title: computer software development division head
this is the second time i am applying
the last time was 15 month a go and in that file i did not have this noc in my application so they returned it back to me and my redunded my fees,
not i am applying with 0213 NOC for the last 15 months after the old application
do you think my application is eligibile??

The CIC has given a list of all 38 NOC's on its official website. Best would be to browse through that list and see if you are eligible.
