Question on behalf of M. T.:

I'm not sure if I'm eligible for immigration to Canada as skilled worker or not.
I've Masters of Accountancy from UK with the following experience:
5 years as "External Auditor" 2/2001-5/2006
4 years as Risk Evaluation and Assurance Manager-Banking(Compliance Dept.) 5/2006-Present

If yes, what NOC shall I use?

Best,
Mazen

Thanks for your response. On the other hand, the spouse has 5 years experience as nutrition expert. Is she eligible?

If that's suits you better than go for it as long as your job duties match you can apply does not matter about the job title. A about spouse check the noc list if she her job duties with any she can be the principle applicant as well.

Also check the below thread to see how many applications CIC have received so far for each noc it will give you an idea how much time you have and if you can make it for this year or not otherwise you will have to wait until July 2011 to apply if NOC gets filled.
