Hi experts,

I am a nubee on this site so pardon me if this is a repeat question (asked by someone else before).

I am in Canada for over 1 year and 10 months on work-permit (original 1 yr, extended till Feb-2011). I plan to apply for BC PNP but was confused a bit regarding my eligibility. On the BC PNP website (http://www.aved.gov.bc.ca/provincialnominee/strategicoccupations/skilledworkers.htm) it says that:

Skilled Trades (NOC Skill Level B)
Examples of ineligible occupations
    * sales and service supervisors

Now, I fall under NOC skill level B Code 622 (Technical Sales Specialists) which is a sales occupation. Would I be eligible to apply for BC PNP or am I ineligible as per guidelines mentioned above? Of-course, the application will be accompanied with guaranteed job offer from my present employer.

Any advise on this will be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Manic

Why do you not contact the BC PNP and ask them if you are eligible?
