I just want to know whether i am under PNP category?

Because, I just choose alberta as my prefered location to settle , if I get my PR application successful.

Does it mean i am  a PNP??

If not could I move to quebec, if i get a job there???

I appreciate your time.

.............

PR application is considered as federal applicant. I guess that if you have your PR. You can settle in any provinces except Quebec (their procedure is different). However, PNP is provincial based. You do not need PNP if you have PR already.

Thanks.
