I just want to know whether i am under PNP category? 

Because, I just choose alberta as my prefered location to settle , if I get my PR application successful.

Does it mean i am  a PNP??

If not could I move to quebec, if i get a job there???

No, unless you applied for a PNP certificate or an employer applied for one for you.
