hello friends,
Ii have applied for SINP Skilled worker on march 23, now  the problem is i have some fees due in my university ( SMU in Halifax,NS).  University says they have put hold on my account and wont issue transcript until i pay my all fees,  thats  not possible for me at the moment. so is there any other way i can prove i have graduated from University?  i have post graduation work permit  to show that its been issued so is there any other way i can prove my education to SINP?

Is there any way you can find the money to pay the outstanding balance?

If your fees haven't been paid in full, many/most universities won't let you officially graduate (even thought you've completed all of the courses). And if someone calls them to verify, they will say you have not graduated and/or aren't a student in good standing.

i actually called them in december and  they agreed to send transcripts directly to sinp which was fine.after their approval   i proceed to apply but it took  2 months in that process and now that i got file number, i emailed them  and seems like they forgot our talk and now refusing. i am trying to call them to somehow convince them again but its busy season and  quite difficult to get hold of registrar
